Relational Group for Adults
September 7th, 2023 - Interviewing Candidates Now
Group Sessions are in person - Bellevue, WA
Are the relationships you are part of today not feel satisfying or fulfilling enough? Do you feel lonely, disconnected, or misunderstood? Do you feel people do not get to meet your “real you”?
If you want to improve your relationships, understand your emotions better, and communicate more effectively, you might benefit from group therapy.
In this group, you will join other adults who are interested in exploring their thoughts and feelings in a safe and supportive space. The group will offer the opportunity to connect with others more authentically and experience more vulnerability, intimacy, and closeness.
You will also learn how you impact others and how they impact you; recognize what emotions are triggered and where they come from; get feedback on how others perceive you and what roles you tend to play in relationships. The group will give you the chance to develop awareness and practice new ways of relating and communicating with others inside and outside the group.
