Chava is in-network with BCBS PPO.

Her out-of-pocket full fee per session is $130. She offers a limited amount of sliding scale fees to families when indicated. Please request this during the initial call/contact.

If you choose to work with Chava as an out-of-network provider, then she will provide a superbill claim you can submit as an out-of-network provider to your insurance. This means you might be partially reimbursed for the cost of the session. This depends on your insurance plan's mental health coverage. Please call your insurance company to confirm coverage prior to your first visit.​​
